Inventory, Availability, and Errors
Vehicle inventory, photographs, price, mileage, condition, features, specifications, history, equipment, and availability may change or contain errors. Information should be confirmed directly. Taino Motors may correct errors or update listings without notice. A listing does not guarantee that a vehicle remains available.
Pricing and Additional Charges
A displayed vehicle price may not include every tax, title, registration, documentation, delivery, carrier, government, or destination-related amount that could apply. Request a written explanation of the price and applicable charges before proceeding. Final terms exist only in the relevant signed transaction documents.
Financing
Taino Motors does not offer financing. Customers should confirm accepted payment methods, timing, documentation, and other transaction requirements directly before proceeding.
Quotes and Form Submissions
Submitting a quote or contact form is an invitation for Taino Motors to respond. It is not a purchase, reservation, deposit, binding offer, guarantee of response time, or guarantee of vehicle availability. Do not submit sensitive payment or identity documents through the general website form.
Used-Vehicle Condition and Inspection
Used vehicles have prior use and may show cosmetic, mechanical, or other wear. No blanket inspection, reconditioning, condition, merchantability, fitness, or other guarantee is created by the website. Customers should review available disclosures, ask vehicle-specific questions, consider an independent inspection where permitted, and ensure any agreed representation appears in final written documents.
72-Hour / 250-Mile Guarantee
Qualifying purchases include a written return opportunity limited to 72 hours after delivery and 250 additional miles, whichever limit is reached first. Eligibility requires timely notice, return-ready vehicle condition, return of all included items, inspection, and compliance with the signed return documents. For a qualifying return, Taino Motors arranges and pays for return transportation. The signed policy controls all requirements, exclusions, timing, and refund processing.
90-Day / 3,000-Mile Limited Warranty
Qualifying vehicles include a limited warranty for qualifying major engine or drivetrain component failure for 90 days after delivery or 3,000 additional miles, whichever occurs first. Coverage, exclusions, claim requirements, and the available remedy are vehicle-specific and controlled by the signed warranty. Normal wear, maintenance, consumables, cosmetic items, misuse, neglect, and unauthorized modifications are excluded unless the written warranty expressly states otherwise.
Nationwide Delivery
Delivery coordination is subject to vehicle, destination, route, size, operability, carrier availability, timing, weather, fuel costs, access, transport type, and pricing. Pickup and transit dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a written carrier agreement. Carrier terms, insurance information, condition reports, bills of lading, payment obligations, inspection procedures, and claim deadlines should be reviewed before transport is authorized.
Payment, Title, Registration, and Taxes
Applicable payment methods, deposits, refunds, title transfer, registration, identification, signatures, taxes, and documentation requirements must be confirmed for the transaction. Website content does not alter legal requirements or signed agreements.
Trade-In Discussions
No fixed trade-in program is promised by this website. If a trade is discussed, any preliminary estimate may depend on ownership, title, lien, payoff, mileage, condition, equipment, history, documentation, and inspection. A website discussion does not establish a final trade value.
